Lady Gaga, who was up for 9 Moon Men, turned every last head as she arrived on the Red Carpet (with Kermit The Frog as her date) in this black lace Jean Paul Gaultier dress with Dragon print silk underlay from the designer's fall/winter ready to wear collection. Say what you will, but with every last one of her costume changes, it was like seeing art alive & in motion, borderline ridiculous & I was loving every minute of it.
