The 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards went down last night in Berlin and the women, including Beyonce, who smuggled three awards -- Best Video for "Single Ladies," Best Female, and Best Song for "Halo," looked radiant. Lil Kim, Shakira, Katie Perry, and Leona Lewis were some of the notable faces who rocked the red carpet last night. Donning pieces from Vivienne Westwood to Versace's Fall 2009 line, it's hard to pick who was Best Dressed out of the bunch, esp. between Bey and Katie Perry. That's like asking me to pick my favorite Sam Cooke album -- I can't!
