Lady Gaga is keeping things moving, with her "Fame Monster" Tour set to kick off on November 27th. Kid Cudi has also been confirmed to join the Lady, on what she promises will be the first ever "Pop-electro" Opera. Gaga has also announced that she will be re-releasing her 4xs platinum debut "The Fame", as "The Fame Monster" which will include 8 new tracks.
