Since the brand of Mario was originally created in 1981, it has raked in more than 220 Million Dollars, making it the best-selling video game franchise of all time. I remember first being introduced to video games in 1991 with SNES's Super Mario World. I had no idea how big the brand of Mario was or how big it would be.
Even though Mario is still making games, I don't think the brand will ever be big enough to do THIS again!!!
