I have no idea (that's a lie), but you can only imagine my shock when I clicked on this link this evening.
I just know that if they were right (and they have already been proven partially correct), I might be doing something like this in the near future:

But seriously, I don't think Gaga would bail out on him like that. She's already started doing promo for it... Regardless, as soon as I find out the cause of this travesty, I'll let you all know
