As far as i can see, this appears to be a real invention from car & boat builder Dave March. Pictured above is "The Python" the worlds fastest, highest performing amphibious vehicle ever designed. With speeds of up to 60 MPH in water and 0 to 60 in 4.5 seconds on land, the Python starts at a modest $200K and is available for purchase by anyone.
