Keating Economics: John McCain and the Making of a Financial Crisis

Finally, the Obama campaign is coming HARD!!!

I know you all have seen John McCain's many anti-inflammatory ads directed at Barack Obama. However, we have yet to see Obama come half as hard at McCain as an individual. He's been focusing his campaign strategy on what he can do for the people instead of what McCain cannot do for the people. This is definitely something I can respect; however, this is one of the biggest elections in the history of our country... therefore, I was starting to get a little disappointed in Barack...

Until...

I just found out that Barack Obama is launching a website, entitled Keating Economics: John McCain and the Making of a Financial Crisis, to let us know how McCain has approached financial/moral issues in the past. The website's frontpage boasts an interesting documentary that discusses McCain's central role in the savings and loan scandal of the late '80s and early '90s. John McCain was accused of improperly aiding his political patron, Charles Keating, chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association. The bipartisan Senate Ethics Committee launched investigations and formally reprimanded Senator McCain for his role in the scandal. Ultimately, this crisis cost the American taxpayers more than $120 billion.

As the Keating scandal is eerily similar to today's credit crisis, THIS DOCUMENTARY/WEBSITE IS A MUST SEE!!! Click the link (which is the title of the thread) to be redirected to keatingeconomics.com

ALSO, go to johnmccainrecord.com to learn about McCain's feelings for some of this elections most pressing issues. This website is eye-opening, serious, unadulterated, real, and another must-see...

In addition, both of the aforementioned websites are paid for by "OBAMA FOR AMERICA", which goes to show that Barack is serious about letting American know the real deal about John McCain...

Barack Obama is coming HARD in '08!!!
