In the October 2008 issue of Complex, the magazine puts the spotlight on several artists that are being deemed the "future of hip hop", including: B.O.B., Charles Hamilton, The Knux, Wale, and The Cool Kids.
I've been waiting on an album from The Cool Kids for months now, but I haven't heard much from them since the Rhapsody commercials and the tour they did this summer with M.I.A. The fact that they are doing this article with Complex gives me hope that these dudes might finally release their much-anticipated debut album, When Fish Ride Bicycles.
Each day this week, Complex.com will also be dropping a video interview with one of the five artists. Today, they're doing an interview with Mikey Rocks and Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids, who go in-depth on their fashion favorites, including some old school Chicago and Detroit influences.
