Everytime I even think of Chris Brown, I see that photo of a battered, bruised and bloody Rihanna in my head. And today I truly have to SMH at the legal system for letting him walk out of the LA County court house free as a bird. 5 minutes before Brown's preliminary case was to start, it was announced that a plea bargain had been struck. Though little Ike will serve no jail time, he's earned himself a 5 year probation that, if broken will land him in jail for 4 years yea right. Brown must also complete 1400 hours of community service, which he may be allowed to serve in his home state of Virginia.

All wasn't lost for Lil Miss Sunshine though, as a consolation prize, the judge also issued a protective stay-away order against Brown that prohibits him from coming within 50 yards of her unless they are required to be at the same event (in which case, he cannot come within 10 yards of her). He's also banned from having any phone or e-mail contact with her.

Lucky Girl. Atleast Tina got to whoop Ike's a** one good time in the back of that limo. eh well.

Ronald Fenty Says WTF To Chris Brown's Not Guilty Plea

At least someone involved in the Chrianna debacle is in touch with reality. As we told you yesterday, Chris Brown plead not guilty in court to both of his felony charges of assault and making criminal threats to girlfriend Rihanna.

Rihanna's father, Robin Fenty, is speaking out against the 'denial' displayed by Brown. In a recent interview with USMagazine.com, he actually brings up a good point about Chris Brown's not guilty plea. He asks: "so what happened? Somebody else did this to Rihanna then?" Fenty told Us. "I just would like to see justice go in the right direction."

"Who did it -- that’s the question now," he said. "If he’s not guilty, who did it? He should say 'guilty' and let the court be leaning into him and try himself to the mercy of the court, see if he gets a fine..."

"I don't want his career to be damaged -- it’s damaged already," Fenty told Us Monday. "I think he’s a talented guy, but everybody should have to pay. When you do the crime, you do the time. I don't want to see him locked up for a long time -- I just want him to acknowledge and get some help."

CNN Releases The Police Report From The Chris Brown//Rihanna Incident

Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown's cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against he passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

"Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, 'I'm going to beat the s--t out of you when we
get home! You wait and see!'"

The detective said she then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant, Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer.

"Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.'

"After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.

"Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.

"Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street.

"Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

"Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle ... and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it.

"Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness.

"She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown's body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions.

"Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.'s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order."

Brown issued a public apology for the incident last month.

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired," he said in a statement released by his spokesman. "I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person."

To the shock of many, Rihanna reunited with Chris Brown over the weekend — but they did more than that!

In the March 16 issue of Star - they report that the couple had a tearful face-to-face meeting at Diddy's $14.5 million Miami mansion, during which an emotional Chris apologized, begged for forgiveness and proposed to her on the spot.

"All she's ever wanted was to be with him forever," a source tells Star. "Rihanna is looking for the husband-and-two-kids deal before she turns 25. She believes in fairy tales, and she wants to live hers with Chris. She was totally up front and confessed to him, 'I can't live without you.'"

The pair wasted no time making Rihanna's fairy tale come true. They even called a minister to the mansion on exclusive Star Island!

Still, Ne-Yo refused to be take Brown to the pits of hell for his actions. "I'm not going to crucify him," Ne-Yo said. "I'm not going to do that. That's still my homeboy at the end of the day. For it to go to that level was wrong. I won't say who was responsible. I won't pick no sides. I'm just saying it was wrong [that] it had to happen like that, and I'm praying for the both of them."

Rihanna Reps Speak Out

Rihanna's reps have issued their first public statement since the alleged assault, after a photo (taken by Los Angeles police detectives) of the pop diva were reportedly leaked to TMZ by someone within the police department. Her reps are telling her fans:

"At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time."

The pic reportedly sold for $62,500. I'm hearing that RiRi is still in love with Chris Brown and hopes they can get pass this ordeal and move on with their relationship.

Chris Brown Finally Speaks Out!!

It only took Chris Brown a week since we broke the story of his alleged beatdown of Rihanna to release a statement... but here it is.

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writing under my name are frauds."

Kanye West On The Rihanna And Chris Brown Smackdown

Recently Kanye West spoke on the Chris Brown smackdown situation with Ryan Seacrest saying :

“I feel like that’s my baby sis and I would do anything and everything to help her in any situation,” he said during “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” on 102.7 KIIS-FM. “I was completely devastated by the concept of what I heard.”

Kanye said he didn't find out about the incedent until moments before his performance at the Grammy's.

“I was at the beginning of the ‘American Boy’ performance [with Estelle] when I really heard, when it kind of got cleared up, of what might have happened, and I was doing ‘American Boy’ and I was completely devastated during the performance,” he shared.

“I feel like, just as a person I don’t care how famous she is or even if she just worked at McDonald’s that should never happen, it should never come to that, to that place,” he said.

Being a big fan of Rihanna, Kanye says this:

“Rihanna is so important to our culture … to pop music,” he declared. “I feel like she is the most important artist in music and has the most potential. Her taste level and her age … she has the potential to be the greatest artist of all time.”

Due to the beatdown, Chris Brown's, "Got Milk" ads will be ending this week , and his Double Mint endorsement is being suspended.

RumorMill: Chris Brown Fighting Rihanna Before Grammys

Rumor has it that Chris Brown and Rihanna both will be no shows at tonights Grammy awards. Reports stated at first that Rihanna and Chris Brown canceled their performances after being involved in a car accident, now a different story is surfacing. The story switched shifts after reports later leaked that Chris Brown,19, was under investigation when an unidentified woman called police naming Chris Brown as a suspect after she was allegedly attacked in a limo by the R&B crooner. In a statement, police say Brown and his companion "became involved in an argument", which later escalated into a physical altercation. It's said that his "companion", later identified as Rihanna, suffered visible injuries. Al Green & Boyz II Men are set to perform in their place.

Christina Milian Tells Rap-Up Mag Def Jam Dropped Her To Spend Money On Rihanna!!

R&B/pop singer Christina Milian is speaking up in Rap Up magazine's winter 08/09 issue -- this time the "Us Against The World" singer is setting the record straight.

Calling the publicized drop from Def Jam the most "embarrassing" point in her life, Christina Milian gets candid with Rap-Up. At one point the singer admits "I would be in my room a lot of the time crying by myself."

Milian wasn't the only one dropped during a period she says was full of budget cuts, R&B singer Tearri Mari also felt the brunt of the ax.

"It was a budget cut, I believe," says Milian.

"Probably got rid of projects like mine to spend the money on Rihanna."

Since 2005 Rihanna has been Def Jam's leading pop sensation, releasing several chart-topping singles including "Take A Bow" and "Umbrella", while Milian has remained nearly silent since being dropped.

Things are looking up for the former "Dip It Low" singer. She is now signed to Myspace Records and has a new single entitled "Us Against The World".

Milian says "I'm not going to let these people hold me down. It's time."
