Rihanna is back in our "Who Ran It" segment....This time she is up against Kim Kardashain. The two recently rocked the same patent leather Maison Martin Margiela boot with the cut-out instep. Rihanna pumped in her boots last month in New York City while out with Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Brandy. Kim K. touched ground with her pair yesterday at JFK International Airport in New York City.
